Isaac's First Christmas and 9 Months Old!

Some highlights from the big days which included:

~Isaac turning 9 months old on Christmas day!!

8 months

Isaac turned 8 months and had his first Thanksgiving all in the same day. I couldn't be more thankful for the blessing of this little man in my life. I'm even more excited to share Christmas with our family of 3!

Fall Fun

We spent some time at the Pumpkin Patch on Saturday! Isaac experienced his first Fall traditions and had fun playing in hay, picking out a pumpkin, and enjoying the fall atmosphere (even though it was almost 90 degrees out that day)!

Fall is here!

The weather has been beautiful today. We took advantage of it and headed to a cute park in Carmel with Amy, Kev, Jack and Kate. We got some great cousin pics!

6 months!

My baby is half way to a year! Can't believe he is sitting now. Time flies when you're having fun!

Lake Monroe/Bloomington Day with Ehrgotts

Ferg/Ehrg time over Labor Day weekend! Lots of memories made:)!

5 Months

Our baby boy is 5 months old! So much has happened in this short time...it really does go FAST! He is now eating baby food and rice cereal and loving every minute. He loves to read. This past week, he has been rolling all the way across the room. We are having so much fun with this little guy!

4 months

Isaac is 4 months old today. I can't believe it. We had fun as a family at the pool today. Isaac sat under a shaded pool raft and floated for a while. He didn't love it like we thought he would, but we know he will soon enough. He is a happy boy and a good sleeper! He's rolling over and laughing so much. We are loving every minute!

New!!

NEW is the word of our July4th weekend! Most importantly, a NEW baby was born in our family. My sister Ali and her husband Evan have their first son, Josiah Christopher. He was born on July 2nd and things are going so well. We might as well just call him Evan Junior because he looks just like his daddy! We were able to hang out with some wonderful friends this past weekend, as well! The Johnsons, Tuckers, and Fergusons got together for a relaxing day by the pool. Isaac got in the pool for the first time and seemed to like it. But his favorite was laying naked on a blanket under a shaded tree. All NEW things for him!

3 Months

Our tiny man is 3 months today. I just compared these pictures to 1 month and he has changed so much in such a short time. The new milestones include TONS of laughter, lots of smiles, sticking his little tongue out at us, and hold things in his hand:)! Big Boy!

Happy First Fathers Day!

We had a great Fathers Day celebration today. We celebrated our wonderful dads and Matt as a new daddy. Spending time with both families made for the perfect day.

First Trip Away...

Well, we had our first trip away from little man this weekend. We had a great trip to Chicago with the Ehrgotts. We stayed in the Hard Rock Hotel near Michigan Ave. and did a lot of shopping and some relaxing, too. The highlight was the John Butler Trio concert on Friday night. Even though we had the best time with the Ehrgs, we missed our little man!! He did very well with Nanny and Grandpa, though, and had lots of fun himself!

Then, I just couldn't put him down after we got home...
